All orders will be sent out within 1-3 business days and delivered between 5-15 business days. Canada post does experience delays at times and unfortunately this is out of our control. 

You have the option at checkout for either UNTRACKED Free Shipping or Tracked Paid shipping. If the order goes missing with untracked free service, we will not be able to offer any compensation. 

Please double check that your shipping address has been entered correctly. If it is entered incorrectly, please know that you will be charged for the reshipment fee as well as replacement of the product.
